QUALITY
After each and every service, our Managers or Assistant Managers personally inspect the work of our technicians. In our early days we did this as a matter of training and only with new employees, but over the years we have applied this to all services and customers. To further support their work, we videotape every service so we may review our employees' performance when a service is questioned.
Oil Express technicians are certified through our own in-house training and testing program. Besides Video Tape Training and Service Manuals, our employees receive directions "hands on" from Supervisors and Managers with years of experience.
