OIL EXPRESS WARRANTY INFORMATION
WHERE YOU SHOULD RETURN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
You should return to or contact the Oil Express location that performed your last service. That location is shown on the front of your service invoice.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
You must have this service invoice with you before any warranty service will begin. In the event you brought your car to another automotive garage (AFTER OBTAINING APPROVAL FROM OIL EXPRESS) to examine your car you must bring to us all parts and samples of any fluids involved, and a copy of any work orders to support your claim.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST
Oil Express warrants all of its services for thirty days. Any faulty work reported to Oil Express within this warranty period will be promptly corrected by Oil Express.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
Only automotive parts and fluids listed on the other side of this invoice are guarantied. By observing the warning systems of your car and following the Owners Manual that came with your car you can avoid damage to your automobile and its components (engine, transmission, etc.), and if you decide to ignore your warning system and Owners Manual then Oil Express will not take responsibility for damages caused by the driver’s actions.
If work is done, without consent by Oil Express, that alters the services or parts we installed, then this warranty is void.
If your OIL light comes on, then shut off your engine immediately. Running your engine low on oil can cause severe and expensive damage. If you do not obey your oil warning system, or if the system is disabled for any reason, Oil Express will not pay for any damages.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, or other incidental or consequential damages. There are no other implied warranties.
NOTE: Some Oil Express locations are independently owned and operated, and may post their own warranty which may be different than this warranty.
